Disappointing
October 22, 2023We were 11 month tenants before moving into our new home. The complex felt overall unsafe. The police were there multiple times in the 11 months and it was pretty noisy in our building. When we moved out we were later charged to “replace carpet” when no damage had been done. It was frustrating communing with the management at Huntington station and then on the corporate level. I would highly recommend not choosing Avalon. I had rented for two years prior in a Fairfield and had no issues. Overall ...we are very disappointed and happy we are no longer residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 20, 2015If you are looking for peace of mind, safety, excitement, when you are approaching your home; then, Avalon Huntington Station apartments is the place to be. The interior and exterior design is incredible! Not to forget the sound from the water fountains creating rhythmic sounds especially at night. And oh, the swimming pool, the fitness center and the lounge. Oh my, home sweet home!Review from Apartments.com
