Terrible noise!
July 17, 2020The decoration of the house, the noisy neighbors, the dog barking, the most important thing is the construction team across the road every morning, the garbage truck at 5:55 in the morning, and the weeding at 8 o'clock. In the evening, you can hear the super loud grunt of the neighbor. You can't have a high-quality sleep at all. The quality of the neighbors in this community is particularly poor. The neighbors scratched the car without leaving a note, a terrible leasing office. The only thing ...worth a star is that the repair staff will quickly help you repair any problems. August 6, 2015My experience here at La Jolla Colony is great, the front office staff is very helpful in answering questions and concerns. Very professional, as far as the apartments itself they are in a great location, close to shopping, beaches, great schools.
