September 11, 2023Great location. Convenient to all major highways. Access to the lake is a 10 min walk, the CAC is just down the street. Maintenance staff are great. I guess hearing from the office staff is a good thing, but not much in activities from them, but we create are own.Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2023Great area, nice value for the price, only downside is the gym is barely above a basic hotel gym. Dog park is right around the corner which is nice, good selection of food/drink establishments.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2023Need elevators. Badly. Old narrow stairs lead to very difficult move-in. Gates propped open all around the community. Unit is nice, quiet at night.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2023Would not recommend. Trash and debris is prevalent. The units are not well insulated. I can hear my neighbor coughing next door. The pool water felt slimy.Property Manager Responded

August 3, 2023Maintenance team is great. Hard to believe summer is basically over and really nothing from the office about planned events. Still have problems with owners not picking up after their dogs. Asked about planting grass or something in front of our patio, we received no response. Overall location is great and enjoy the many great amenities that come with it.Property Manager Responded
