Unprofessional and inept management

I feel the need to warn people not to live here. The new manager is unprofessional and seems unable to get maintenance issues taken are of. I’m having issues that so far I cannot get resolved. Meanwhile I watch the maintenance man literally raking dirt and picking up leaves. What the heck I’m at a loss for what else to do. It feels so bad to live here. Management does not care about tenants.
