Worst place I've ever lived

I seriously have had nothing but trouble since moving in. Maintenance issues not fixed after being informed of same issue multiple times. I've set appointments for the work only to wait all day with no one showing up. They lost the master key to our apartment. Who knows who can get in my apartment now. I feel so unsafe and undervalued as a tenant here. I cannot urge you enough to not move here. I wish I never did.

I waited 3 MONTHS to get an answer from these people for them just to tell me I make too much money when I should of been qualified! I know people who live there who make way more then me. Connie had my paper work, looked it over and told me I would be qualified then 3 months later told me that I didn't. When I told her how frustrated I was she hung up on me! I believe Connie was just too lazy to actually do her job. Connie was by far the worst person to deal with! She took forever just ...

completing ONE task! Took weeks to even get a response from her then to just find out she needed more! -very unorganized!! The only reason I stuck it out for so long is because they are clean and affordable but definitely not even worth my time. After reading the reviews I'm glad I didn't in. Don't even waste your time with these people. They seem to go through managers fast and don't even have a maintance guy.
