Well maintained and comfortable
October 4, 2025I have lived at Avalon Park for almost 6 years. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, which has been rare, it is always handled quickly. I haven't had to have many interactions with the office but when I have they made me feel at ease and important. The one-bedroom apartment is roomy and has a, comparatively, large bathroom for a one bedroom. I live beside the pool and it's not very loud at all. It's a quiet community. I am more than happy!
July 14, 2019It has only been 3 days but this property is a 100% improvement over my last property. Pleasant staff and well maintained property. And I love all the little details that I didn't realize I wanted but have like a lock on my bedroom door! LOL. But other great touches are the high ceilings, the deep cabinets, the great cabinet space, and way too many more to mention since I'm still finding them.
