My favorite apartment community in RTP!
November 26, 2023I recently visited Cortland Perimeter Park for a friend who is moving to the area. Firs off, the staff was amazing. The office team was very knowledgeable and not only answered my questions, but anticipated some of my friend's needs that we hadn't even thought about. This community was clean and blew me away from the moment I arrived. The grounds were immaculate and they offered a variety of high end amenities. Plus, the apartments were well designed and offered all the bells and whistles. ...Definitely my favorite community that I have visited so far!Property Manager Responded

Cortland Perimeter Park has it all!
April 20, 2023Cortland Perimeter Park is a community you will be proud to call him. The dog park is conveniently located, has plenty of space for dogs to run around, and is a great spot to meet other pets and residents in the community. In terms of location, there are many places nearby for shopping, dining, and entertainment purposes. It is also a short drive to the airport, which is great for when family comes to visit. The office team is always so accommodating, and genuinely want to help, no matter the ...request. Maintenance is super responsive and professional when handling service requests.
