November 21, 2022AC broken, $300 PG&E bill due to negligence. Cockroaches, everything is broken, moldy hot tub, FILTHY laundry rooms. Family held at knifepoint by homeless, man murdered down the street, boyfriend was robbed, homeless man arrested for threatening to kill people. No parking. Next to freeway and promiscuous massage parlor.Review from Apartments.com

Meant for single couples or roommates
February 2, 2019Parking is very bad here. If you only have one car you shouldn’t have a problem but having guests will. If you want to live here prepare car towing and car break in parking the car at the street. It’s a quiet place to live but parking sucks and management.Review from Apartments.com
