Weed Smoking Building... Avoid at all cost!!

I have been living in this building since a few years ago. Since late 2018, one of the tenants on the 28th developed a late-night weed-smoking habit which is absolutely disgusting. We have reported this issue with the building management numerous times over the past 1.5 years. The front desk crew and myself IDENTIFIED the smoker many times and notified the building management. Nothing has been done or resolved except for a few emails to the whole building reminding the tenants it is a non-smoking ...

Apartment building located on the banks of the East River with stunning views of Manhattan. A five minute subway ride to Grand Central means that you have all the convenience of living in Manhattan, but without the noise. The buildings facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly and courteous - what's not to love about a ninth-floor swimming pool with amazing views of the city. The neighborhood has also seen a rise in excellent restaurants.
