    The worse experience I had in Massachusetts. Poor communication; You can not use everything; You have to pay for 2 months if you don't want to stay.

  • Poor communication and poor parking sticker and gate sensor enforcement

    Today is December 18th 2019, time is 6:21am, my vehicle got towed overnight. I’m resident at Avalon Saugus, I didn’t find any empty parking spot because there was an usual number of vehicles parked. More vehicles than there are tenants (go figure). So I found just an empty spot in front of my apartment building 857 facing Starbucks; woke up and left my apartment at 5:20am to get to work at 6:00am and my vehicle is nowhere to be found. Called the local law enforcement office and they gave me info ...
    on the company that towed my car; said company opens at 8 o’clock, and leasing office opens at 9:00am. I’m so pissed right now because Avalon let people who don’t live here park their vehicles which affects us who live here; and there was no prior communication or courtesy call to tell us tenants we couldn’t park on that side of the building. The spot where I parked the vehicle didn’t have an handicap sign or restricted sign whatsoever, so that makes me even more angry. poor communication, poor Parking sticker and gate sensor enforcement. People who don’t live here, get parking and us, tenants, who have the gate sensors and the parking stickers can’t get parking. Now, I have to give $175 out of pocket to this towing company prior to going to work. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This just totally ruined my experience. I used to be an advocate of living here. NOT anymore...
