Having lived here for about half a year now my only advice is to stay away. It's a place that looks great on paper but fire alarms constantly go off, power and internet keeps going out, and for being "entirely smoke free" there's a constant weed scent lingering. Dog owners have been leaving waste in the hallways and stairs, and enjoy listening to your neighbors all day because the walls and ceilings are dead thin. Management doesn't seem interested in fixing underlying problems aside from email ...
blasts reminding people that XYZ violates the leasing terms. Definitely not the expected experience given the high price point.
