Pray you don’t get noisy neighbors living in units above you and beside you, cause everything can be heard from heavy footsteps, things dropping on the floor, to appliances moving that for the units above, then doors being banged close, kids running and shouting those you can for sure if you’re lucky to have those living besides your unit. You’ll try to report it, but they tell you they reach out to those units, but nothing changes.

To combat this the property management has decided that the mail room and package room will only be accessible between 9am and 5 pm..... So anyone with a job cant get their packages. This complex is a great place to look if you can commute on the BART, as it is at most a 5 minute walk. We have more square footage and closet space than a small house, and there are many floor plans so you can pick something that suits you. Sometimes you'll also hear people/kids running down the halls. The way the apartments are built (with many courtyards) sound echos up through the courtyards making things 10x noisier than they should be. Rent Prices/Finishes. The rent is pricey (as it is everywhere in the area); however, for the price, I would expect higher end finishes instead of the peel and stick bath flooring and laminate counters.
