Avalon living
August 12, 2015Apartments are beautiful and spacious! Closets are huge and look like an extra bedroom themselves! The office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, they really go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. The location is great and it's easy on and off the highways, as well as close to shopping and entertainment. The pool is really nice and the fire pits in the courtyard are a nice touch. Now for the not so great; parking is a mess, you can pay extra to reserve a spot, but it is not ...necessarily on your floor so it's not terribly helpful. Invest in a rolling cart for groceries. The "dog park" is a TINY spot of astroturf on the roof, hardly enough room for a dog larger than a pocket pet to move around adequately, much different than what was being advertised when I moved in. There is also an issue with some people allowing their dogs to relieve themselves in the halls and elevators. The staff is great about quick clean-up, however, it is unpleasant.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 6, 2015The staff is great. They are attentive to your needs. The facilities are beautiful and new with a salt water pool including life guards and outside gas grills for the tenants. The only criticism is the of the five (5) treadmills in the fitness center only one (1) has worked properly for the past three months.Review from Apartments.com

The Office Staff members are very pleasant, professional and considerate of everyone's individual needs. The maintenance service is the best service that I have ever encountered.
