My first time ever living in an apartment (always rented houses), and I couldn't be happier. Service is quick, office staff very friendly and accommodating, property is safe, quiet, and clean. A little expensive, but that's the area I live.

Large complex, newer construction (built in 2002), which means less noise from neighbors, central air, and fairly well built. Mega-corp owned, which means professional and polite leasing office.
Parking is difficult to find.
