Disappointing Application Experience
March 5, 2026My fiancé and I recently applied for an apartment at Avalon Yonkers because we were very excited to start a new chapter and fresh beginning there. We both have stable jobs and good income, so we felt confident about meeting the requirements and expected the application process to be smooth. Unfortunately, we were disappointed after receiving an email stating that my fiancé had a discrepancy with a past address. I found this concerning, especially since we were genuinely looking forward to ...becoming part of the community. The application process can already be stressful, and situations like this make it even more frustrating when applicants are not given clear explanations or an opportunity to clarify the issue. Better communication and transparency during the process would make a big difference for applicants. Degrading services
February 24, 2026I lived at this property for 4 years. The building has only gone down hill. Management does not enforce the rules. Tenants do not respect the property. Trash and waste can be found throughout the property. I would not recommend living in at this property.Review from Apartments.com

July 27, 2023Residing at Hudson Park North for over 3 years, I have not one negative experience. In fact, this has been my best living experience thus far. The entire Management Team goes over and beyond to resolve any concerns you may have “promptly”. Concierge employees are extremely friendly and that to me is so important. The maintenance team is excellent. If I put a ticket in, they are here the next day to remedy the issue. The community is safe, there is overnight security, there are 2 gyms with updated ...equipment and very clean, there’s laundry and dry cleaning as well as shoe repair services. The metro north is literally steps away. It’s on the Hudson River and it’s the most relaxing feeling ever to sit on the River. It feels like you just finished a nice long body stretch.
