Overall no complaints The only thing I would change is if Avalon could provide a top three dates and times for entry to the apartment to better prepare dogs and job for the entry. My dog is super anxious and will scream if he is put in a kennel and could harm himself. And if the residents could clean up after their dog, but that’s not administrations fault that other people suck. Other than that I love It here.

microwave issue While my issue was fixed, it’s still not perfect. There could have been better communication about the process or status of my repair. Apparently, they had ordered a part in order to fix it, but the communication I had received indicated that they had closed my request. The maintenance team was professional, friendly, and helpful, though!

Love my Apartment Community Nothing bad to say about this community. The management is engaged, helpful and very responsive when Tennets need them. They aren’t overbearing as management of some communities tend to be. I feel Avalon is a hidden gem in ILM much like the Avalon of myth those of us who find it are lucky.

New tenant Moving here was great , staff was very helpful , friendly supportive, and informative, easy to be able to reach, quick response through email or phone , being that I was relocating from another state Liliana was so helpful in every way to assist me and assured everything was taken care of for my move , the community is very clean and quiet, the apartment are are clean and very nice looking inside and outside , i would recommend anyone and my friends to move here

Really nice place! I've been living here for almost a year and half now, they are great, always respond when we have questions or need help with maintenance, all their staff are very friendly, always trying to help, their prices are very good compared to what other places offer, all the neighbors are respectful so it's definitely a place I would recommend.
