February 13, 2025Grey star I lived in your apartments in Huntington, called Lucé, (one of the best places I have ever lived) I had high hopes with your name being attached Avana Almaden. It made me believe it was gonna be such a postive experience unfortunately I cannot say it has been. With mold problems, the apartment smelling like cigarettes despite their no smoking policy, pest issues over and over, solicitors walking around or knocking on my door, trying to sell me something, messy neighbors that leave trash ...where ever they please… this place is a walking disaster. You can tell management only cares about the money and others don’t respect people’s space. I’d rather move out of state than live here and i lived in California my whole life.Property Manager Responded
