January 27, 2025Staff in the office seem friendly. Not a fan of the after hours answering service. They do need more staff in office though to return calls as their voicemail is currently not getting messages to the staff which can make it inconvenient. Garbage area could be looked after more. Should be checked daily to pick up garbage on the ground so it is not just laying there. Clothes, toys, or whatever people have disposed of. The grounds could be looked after more so people are not stepping in dog poo. I ...feel like I'm constantly watching where I walking. They need a porter to take care of the garbage area and clean up grass areas where there is dog poo poo. Also the dog waste stations seem to overflow more these days. We have yet to meet a lot of the new Avana Birch Team (maybe in the future?), but we enjoy living here.
