January 27, 2025Staff in the office seem friendly. Not a fan of the after hours answering service. They do need more staff in office though to return calls as their voicemail is currently not getting messages to the staff which can make it inconvenient. Garbage area could be looked after more. Should be checked daily to pick up garbage on the ground so it is not just laying there. Clothes, toys, or whatever people have disposed of. The grounds could be looked after more so people are not stepping in dog poo. I ...feel like I'm constantly watching where I walking. They need a porter to take care of the garbage area and clean up grass areas where there is dog poo poo. Also the dog waste stations seem to overflow more these days. We have yet to meet a lot of the new Avana Birch Team (maybe in the future?), but we enjoy living here. Good locations with excellent maintenance team
June 22, 2018This is underrated apartment complex, real hidden gem. I have lived in many, many apartment complexes but this is far better than most. This was good surprise, since I didn't expect much first. It is smoke free place and fortunately neighbors respect this. Grounds keeper goes around everyday and it's pretty clean. Maintenance team is greatest positive surprise! They just won't take time to show up. They actually care and make you feel important! That's nice and unexpected. Office girls are nice ...too and very helpful with packages deliveries. I appreciate this much. I love those Sunday brunches when they happen or other thing office would do for us (tenants).
