Breaking my lease because living here has been a horrible experience!
Maybe I was unlucky but seeing other negative reviews only confirms it wasn't just me.
Cons: HVAC, Rats, Poor insulation, Office dismiss complaints
-Mold!!! When we first moved in we were sick and discovered mold throughout the unit.
-Noise from surrounding neighbors I would avoid the 1st & 2nd floor all together literally can hear people use the bathroom.
-Bugs no matter how clean you are we constantly had gnats and ...
roaches.
-Parking system - when we first moved in this did not exist but now they make you register every guest that visits and you only get 48hrs a week and they will boot residents car even when registered and charge you $75 no warnings just boot.
-Nightclub next door turns the complex into a public parking lot at night and somehow those cars never get booted.

Maintenance is hit or miss. Sometimes they marked the request completed even though no one has come. Now it has been 3 days since I submitted request about AC not working and not sure how long it will be fixed.

I have expressed my concerns. I don't like the fact that I'm unable to get my mail unless the office is open. I do not like and/or understand the fetch service. Paying for a service that I don't use. I do not like the fact that the entrance gate is often broken. I feel that all aspects of the entry gate should be working to prevent people who do not live here access to the property. Also, the breezeways are never clean. I think they should do a better job of cleaning the stairwells in the ...
