November 26, 2025I have expressed my concerns. I don't like the fact that I'm unable to get my mail unless the office is open. I do not like and/or understand the fetch service. Paying for a service that I don't use. I do not like the fact that the entrance gate is often broken. I feel that all aspects of the entry gate should be working to prevent people who do not live here access to the property. Also, the breezeways are never clean. I think they should do a better job of cleaning the stairwells in the ...apartments. Lastly, the boxes to enter into the common areas tend to not work. The community is well-maintained, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are always clean and accessible. The staff has been especially helpful.
