November 26, 2025I have expressed my concerns. I don't like the fact that I'm unable to get my mail unless the office is open. I do not like and/or understand the fetch service. Paying for a service that I don't use. I do not like the fact that the entrance gate is often broken. I feel that all aspects of the entry gate should be working to prevent people who do not live here access to the property. Also, the breezeways are never clean. I think they should do a better job of cleaning the stairwells in the ...apartments. Lastly, the boxes to enter into the common areas tend to not work. June 5, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Avana Cheshire Bridge Apartments. The location is super convenient—close to shopping, dining, and everything you need in Atlanta. The community is well-maintained, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are always clean and accessible. The staff has been especially helpful. The management team, especially Mel, is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always ...clear. Overall, I’ve felt safe and well taken care of here. I would definitely recommend Avana Cheshire Bridge to anyone looking for a quality place to live in the area.Property Manager Responded
