October 1, 2025I was exited to move to a place near my place of work but it turned out not to be great. First of on the website it say the office is open Tue - Sat 10 - 6pm which is not true, secondly when i had a maintenance problem, yes someone showed up but did not fix the problem. i felt like they didn't know what to do to fix the problem. I kept sending requests for the same problem over and over again without help. So please stay away from these Apartments. They don't care about your comfort, they only ...care about when you are paying the rent.Property Manager Responded

March 17, 2025I've been very happy with the maintenance team, until this last claim. They have always been quick to respond and take action. If the problem couldn't be fixed right away, they would explain why and get resolved ASAP. I don't know if it has been looked into this time.Property Manager Responded

Ok apartment
January 21, 2025Staff is nice.neighbors are great. apartment not so good. been here less than a year & it’s really disappointing. maintenance takes forever to properly fix anything. Great location though. the proximity to everything else makes it a great spot. they also sneak in “other” charges that ends up being higher than the original charges.Property Manager Responded

November 7, 2024I highly recommend this community. The leasing staff are top notch and the maintenance crews are thorough and efficient. Community has constant communication with tenants which I really like. Apartments are updated and for being so close to the highway they are surprisingly quiet.
