I did experience a few delays with maintenance requests, and it took some time for certain things in my apartment to be fixed. However, everything was ultimately resolved in the best possible way. August 19, 2025Avana cityview is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment complex is nice, and the tenants are very kind as well. It has a very unique feel as it is in almost a forest where you feel like you’re enclosed by nature instead of in the city, which is very nice the leasing agents are amazing and helped me with every step of the way. They are very professional and very patient. They were quick and clear and on a daily basis, go above and beyond to provide for the tenants They did a very ...good job helping me move in quickly, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. I would recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for something affordable in the area. Also, this apartment complex is very safe and feels like it is in an enclosed environment, almost like it is in a nature reserve. Always nice to see deer walking past the dog park. It gives you the feel that you are in nature, but you also are in an apartment. It doesn’t get much better than that. Thank you so much. March 11, 2025The apartment complex is wonderful but the one issue I would have as a long-term renter is that every 2 to 3 years it goes into new ownership and sometimes that means we have to deal with people who are just using us as an investment without fixing anything. The current management of the property is actually extremely responsive and kind while we haven’t seen improvement yet, I actually do expect things to be really nice here in the next year under their care and management. December 17, 2024Overall the property is very beautiful. There are so many trees and wooded areas, which makes the buildings feel private and provides a lovely view. November 6, 2024Nice and quiet community, decent floorplans for an average price. I have been a resident in this community for 5 years now. Despite the change in management, the service is roughly the same as with previous management, (not great) the only thing that has changed is the appearance of customer service being better. In my personal experience, maintenance here is very slow to react to work orders, the staff here are great at telling you what you would like to hear, but beware of the fact that there ...is virtually no followthrough. If something breaks around your apartment unit, unless it is a complicated fix, (HVAC)I would honestly DIY it. It will save you a lot of grief interacting with the somewhat incompetent staff.Property Manager Responded
