February 13, 2026Love living here!! Management team are outstanding and repairs are made usually within a day. Pool and hot tub are beautiful and surrounded in a tropical setting. Location is great with a Walmart within walking g distance and easy access to 19. There's a nice park around the corner for disc golf and plenty of walking trails. Two Publix stores within a mile and a great shopping center nearby. Hope to be here at Avana Coachman for a long time!!Property Manager Responded

November 27, 2025It’s been great but it would really be great to have a front gate working again to ensure safety. Also, there are many tenants to have 3-4 vehicles parked in the parking lot which makes parking limited for others.Property Manager Responded
