    I am on my fourth year, here at Avana Coachman Apartments. My apartments design is very functional to my living style, and furnished quite easily with my taste in comfort and amenitites. The grounds are well kept, the front desk staff are top notch, any maintenance is usually resolved within a day or two, and I always feel safe walking around the community. Something memorable for me: On my first visit to inquire on availability, an elderly female resident turned in her chair and said, "You're ...

    I’ve really enjoyed living here—the community is clean, well-kept, and the management team has been helpful and responsive. One issue I’ve noticed is that some residents park 3 vehicles, which makes parking more limited for others, especially during busy times. It would be great if this could be addressed. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I’d still recommend living here!

    Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is clean, well-maintained, and the management team is friendly and responsive. The only downside is that the front gate has been broken for a while, which affects the sense of security. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. Otherwise, I’m very happy here and would recommend it!

    The apartment design is just right for my needs. My household furnishing added that extra touch. The location in the city is nicely situated for shops, restaurants, events, supplies, and more. The grounds are well kept, the neighbors are polite and as I have experienced - care about each other. The front desk staff goes above and beyond to address any issues that may arise. And maintenance typically arrives by the next day to fix anything that needs adjustment or repair. You feel comfortable and ...

    Love living here!! Management team are outstanding and repairs are made usually within a day. Pool and hot tub are beautiful and surrounded in a tropical setting. Location is great with a Walmart within walking g distance and easy access to 19. There's a nice park around the corner for disc golf and plenty of walking trails. Two Publix stores within a mile and a great shopping center nearby. Hope to be here at Avana Coachman for a long time!!

    I can think of no better words that adequate express my comfort with living at Avana Coachman, than to recite the event that occurred at my initial visit with the front desk staff - while evaluating my upcoming move. An elderly female resident was speaking with one of the girls behind the desk, when another staff member interrupted for a moment. The elderly woman turned, smiled tenderly at me and said, "you are going to love it here!". Now, after the many years of my time here, I can proudly ...

    It’s been nice but the front gate is not working most of the time that causes a lot of random people who don’t live here come to use the amenities

    It’s been great but it would really be great to have a front gate working again to ensure safety. Also, there are many tenants to have 3-4 vehicles parked in the parking lot which makes parking limited for others.
