My apartments design is very functional to my living style, and furnished quite easily with my taste in comfort and amenitites. The grounds are well kept, the front desk staff are top notch, any maintenance is usually resolved within a day or two, and I always feel safe walking around the community. Something memorable for me: On my first visit to inquire on availability, an elderly female resident turned in her chair and said, "You're ...going to love it here." One issue I’ve noticed is that some residents park 3 vehicles, which makes parking more limited for others, especially during busy times. It would be great if this could be addressed. The only downside is that the front gate has been broken for a while, which affects the sense of security. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. The location in the city is nicely situated for shops, restaurants, events, supplies, and more. The grounds are well kept, the neighbors are polite and as I have experienced - care about each other. The front desk staff goes above and beyond to address any issues that may arise. And maintenance typically arrives by the next day to fix anything that needs adjustment or repair. Location is great with a Walmart within walking g distance and easy access to 19. There's a nice park around the corner for disc golf and plenty of walking trails.
