August 8, 2025This is a very pleasant community! The grounds are nicely kept, my apartment is structured well, and I have furnished it to suit my needs. Both the senior management and the local staff are always attentive to any issues that may arise - and the compassion they show in their everyday dealings with residents is received well by each of us. July 1, 2025Avana Coachman is a quiet and friendly community nestled in north Clearwater. With shopping only minutes away. There is always stuff going on in the community. Whether it be trips to the beach or hanging out at the mall with your family, there is plenty to do. All within minutes from Avana Coachman. Famous Clearwater Beach is only about a 15 minute drive depending on traffic. New Coachman Park has become one of mine and my families favorite park in the area.
