    Love living here!! Management team are outstanding and repairs are made usually within a day. Pool and hot tub are beautiful and surrounded in a tropical setting. Location is great with a Walmart within walking g distance and easy access to 19. There's a nice park around the corner for disc golf and plenty of walking trails. Two Publix stores within a mile and a great shopping center nearby. Hope to be here at Avana Coachman for a long time!!

    I can think of no better words that adequate express my comfort with living at Avana Coachman, than to recite the event that occurred at my initial visit with the front desk staff - while evaluating my upcoming move. An elderly female resident was speaking with one of the girls behind the desk, when another staff member interrupted for a moment.     It’s been nice but the front gate is not working most of the time that causes a lot of random people who don’t live here come to use the amenities

    It’s been great but it would really be great to have a front gate working again to ensure safety. Also, there are many tenants to have 3-4 vehicles parked in the parking lot which makes parking limited for others.

    Since we moved into Avana Coachman, we have had nothing but nice things to say about it. The neighborhood is great. The property is always well maintained. The maintenance staff is always too notch. And the onsite staff have always been helpful and friendly.

    The only complaint is extremely noisy neighbors upstairs and next door. I don’t think they realize how much you can hear through the ceiling.

    Been here for 4 years now and have no complaints. Always so quiet here and the neighbors are great. This is a family community. The maintenance team is always right there when you need them and the office staff are always helpful.

    Everybody here is very nice and understanding. Very clean and nice complex. Love our pool as well everything is very nice and cleanly. Would recommend to anybody looking for a nice apartment in Clearwater Florida :)
