April 9, 2026Not a pleasant experience with the Maintance of the apt.. have not been a resident for long and have what seems to have springtails in the apt. The toilet tanks were filled in mold. When I moved in there was dirt/dust on the bottom lining of the screen door along with the windows. The shower handles are dirty and rusted, seems to have mold and rust growing. The shower handle in the main room was not cleaned at all.Review from Apartments.com

While the location and layout of the apartment have potential, the unit was not move-in ready and did not match what was shown before signing the lease. From the beginning, there have been serious maintenance issues, including a falling bathroom quartz countertop, strong and persistent odors coming from damaged wood, and an ongoing roach problem even after pest control visits. The damaged wood and odor have caused me bad ...allergy symptoms, which has affected my health and comfort in the apartment. Maintenance responses have been slow or incomplete, and communication from management has been inconsistent. I was given keys to a unit that was clearly not in livable condition. I hope management improves inspections, communication, and repair quality, because no tenant should have to deal with these issues after moving in.Property Manager Responded

Been here for awhile and I will be here until my youngest daughter graduates from high school . cannot complain about my apartment if there is an issue maintenance comes when it’s scheduled.
