March 17, 2026The whole process was very smooth for me. Dani and Lexi made signing the lease and moving in a breeze. I had faith that they wouldn’t let me move in an apartment that they wouldn’t want to live in, and I was right. My apartment was clean and carpets were new. I had a couple things needed attention and maintenance was out within the week. The women in the office were amazing, my neighbors are friendly, and we have settled nicely here so far!!Property Manager Responded

March 13, 2026Avana has a high concern on keeping us updated on community events, such as food trucks and when pools are under maintenance. Im glad the staff cares enough to advise of tree trimming or when pool areas are taking care of. It's a beautiful complex that feel more like a community.Property Manager Responded
