After my washing machine broke mid-cycle, they had a replacement in my unit within 24 hours. That level of care is rare. November 3, 2025My experience at Avana Dunwoody has been a peaceful one. I truly have no complaints about this community. The community is well kept. The management stays on top of things and are constantly communicating with the community. The maintenance workers work in a timely manner upon request. The neighbors are all respectful and understanding. If there are any issues with the gate they are fixed in a timely manner so they gate is always working efficiently and it’s not like other communities where the ...gate is always open or broken. Unit floods when it rains
April 6, 2025Don’t have to say much. Just check the photos. The first photo is the window seal in the bedroom. Whenever it rains, waters pours in from the top. The 2nd photo is my drenched pillow that just so happened to be on the floor, also soaked. Water comes in from the base boards whenever it rains. Moved here April 2017 and have had COUNTLESS issues with no true resolution or fix. This is only 1 of the many countless issues I’ve had/have.Property Manager Responded
