They did nothing to up keep the property. Then the Avana Hamptons Communty under The parent company Greystar. And wow the community under the new highly professional property manager and the professional very knowledgeable rental agents. Are fantastic. The Avana Hamptons had the entire drive going through the community repaved. And gave each building a face ...lift. Repainting the entire community. Everything. Was. New again. We love being apart of this now fantastic community thanks to the Avana Hamptons and new appearance. We are very proud to be a part of the Avana Hamptons Communty. Every neighbor has been friendly. We love layout of our home a garden style kitchen that has brand new stainless appliances the fridge new stove new dishwasher. We love the island that divides the kitchen. from the spacious dining room the island is stone and has a deep farmer's sink really great for cutting vegetables. Such as resurfacing the entire roadway with new asphalt. Fixing all the curbs, Every buildings exterior got a face-lift. replacing missing and damaged wood trim then painting every building.
