January 20, 2025Manager of this property will lure you in with promises so you sign a lease. After that you will be overcharged for water bill. At any time to schedule anything to be done in your unit you won't receive a reasonable time frame and most of the time they won't show up or notify you that they can't make it. At the end of each year of lease renewal they will try to raise your rent by approximately $300 per month. These buildings are old and are falling apart. Gate almost never works but you will get ...emails every few months stating that it will be fixed soon. People don't clean after their dogs and when you submit a complaint they will send a response that it was done but they never clean it up. They have a "trash butler" that they will make you pay for it but they will make you keep that trash bin (which is pretty much a regular trash can and only fits 1 trash bag) inside of your unit because of rodents.Property Manager Responded
