April 21, 2026It’s fine. The apartments have the “landlord special”, the front office staff are incredibly unhelpful, and the appliances are very cheap considering the amount rent is. March 10, 2026Note comments previously in this survey regarding maintenance. Thomas, the new manager, is a gem, but the process of request issue/ servicing (unless an emergency) and completion is inefficient to the tenant. VIP Trash - understand service providers need 2 days off, but Fridays & Saturdays are the worst time during which there is no pickup, as most people are home and entertaining/cooking on those days. Why not give them Mon/Tues off? Also, we do not get sufficient and clear notice of the ...holiday schedules. Additionally, rubbish is supposed to be put outside ones door after 6pm (when one is often in the middle of cooking); we never know if theyll pickup at 6:30 or at 9:30pm, which is quite an inconvenience. Why not schedule the contractor for 9pm or even 5am or thereafter, so that one could put trash out the night before? Tenants pay extra for this VIP service when it would be easier to throw it down a chute.. What happened to the Business Center? This amenity was offered when I moved in but is nonexistent; some of us have needs for a printer/copier/desktop computer. Trash Compactor/Shed (on Oak Avenue near mailboxes) - an embarrassing and disgusting mess, especially on summer weekends. This area is one of the FIRST things people see when they drive in the property, and the door is usually open and overflowing not only with garbage, but household items like furniture & soft goods. Car Care Center - seems like the water hose/flow has been fixed but the vacuum cleaner has been out of order for 2 years. Outdoor grills - nonfunctioning and dangerous; will they be replaced before the summer season? Overhead lights at mailbox area are non-functioning and it appears that bulbs need replacing. Lighting at parking area near Bldg. 1200 is inadequate. Communication is confusing if property portal is best, why do we get notices from ConService and other misc.? Emails seem to go into a big hole as there are too many options; im never sure if management gets mine as even their responses come back in my spam/junk box. It would be nice to have a monthly newsletter with updates from the leasing office, especially during this difficult COVID period of time (e.g. to let people know the office/business center/fitness room are indeed open, why the pool is drained, etc.) and new management implementation.
