Nice community near the water
July 17, 2025I have lived here for a while now and I’ve seen things change all over the property. Jenny in the main office is amazingly helpful with any need and explanation to things happening in the community. The community it self has gotten better in my time here, and like any business it has it rough days especially when dealing with so many different tenants, but constant staff members have been able to reassure residents that things are improving for a better resident experience. This year’s work addressed unexpected electrical issues, which were further complicated by requirements related to the Town’s inspections. While the pool was offline, we also took the opportunity to implement several resident-focused improvements to enhance the overall experience. We want to assure you that the reopening process is currently underway, and we will continue to share updates as progress is made. Throughout this entire effort, we have prioritized clear and consistent communication and have worked diligently to expedite completion for the benefit of all residents. Our goal is to enhance and made repairs as needed and know that these are not always ideal times to do so, however are happy to have this online again very soon as wee know how desireable this is for everyone!
