Avanna is a beautiful, peaceful environment to live and also cost friendly. Only thing i don't like is the booting on the cars without warning. Ppl that just move from others states aren't used to booting. So it unfair to those that don't know.

As part of our move-in process, the welcome letter sent to residents prior to move-in includes a link to LMS, along with instructions on how to register vehicles and review the parking requirements. We encourage all residents to review this information carefully to ensure their vehicles are properly registered and to avoid any issues with parking enforcement.
