ROACHES
May 14, 2026Bugs non stop since move in Mar 2025. I have submitted 5+ pest control services including a “clean out service” where they just put liquid in the kitchen cabinetry and another detailed service where they put powder in the kitchen cabinetry. Neither worked and no follow up occurred lol. They are terrible and the customer service is horrible as well. Crime is rampant in this parking lot too. DO NOT MOVE HERE.Property Manager Responded

It’s a beautiful community overall it’s just I think that the maintenance team needs to be put together and management needs to make sure they’re answering calls because sometimes we just wanna speak to somebody right on the spot and emails are fine but it shouldn’t just be the only way to communicate to the office especially when we’re working 2 to 3 jobs most people the mailbox station also needs to be fixed. there’s a lot of like broken mailbox doors and that’s just weird to ...leave it that way.Property Manager Responded
