August 14, 2025Recently moved in and everything has been great so far! Check-in was quick and stress-free. I showed up earlier than planned, and Ben was kind enough to accommodate and start early. Feeling very welcomed and happy with my new home.Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2025It’s a pretty community with good walking paths. But my water is yellow and that’s put a really damper on my experience here. I can’t use my bathtub at all and I’m a little worried about what this water is doing to my skinrProperty Manager Responded

July 30, 2025I really love this apartment for the first few months when I moved in the staff is very nice. However, many of the buildings are over ran by pigeons. They are defecating around the building and leaving their feathers everywhere somewhere even visibly sick and carrying who knows what kind of diseases.Property Manager Responded

Follow up on your appointments
June 23, 2025The leasing team will lease a unit right under you, and not say anything until you arrive in hopes that you lease a more expensive unit. Or even better, to have you show up to the appointment to only hand you a few pieces of paper and that information is all available online as well. I tried to like it but shady business practices kept me away.Property Manager Responded

June 14, 2025Overall neighborhood and complex is very nice, buildings can get noisy sometimes but that comes with apartments. Unfortunately amenities get locked or closed without notice.Property Manager Responded
