The appointment are well made and community is peaceful and well maintained but the maintenance of ongoing issues with unit aren’t getting addressed timely. There were a few items pointed out during our pre-move in inspection , but were not addressed until I opened multiple tickets to address them. It’s normal for maintenance tickets for getting closed without any action taken on them. So you need a constant follow up with the management.

I've always chose Avana North Point Apartments whenever I worked in Atlanta over the past 15 years. The complex location is in Alpharetta near North Point Mall and I have found this area to be extremely convenient for all needs. Whether it be shopping, gyms, trails, churches, nice restaurants, entertainment, banks, any larger stores or healthcare, you are only minutes away. Avana North Point offers nice floor plans, garages, valet trash, dog park, pool, grill, business and gym with nice ...
landscaping and a dutiful maintenance crew always ready to help! Management and the leasing agents are always very courteous and responsive with that extra measure of kindness that goes a long way!
