March 23, 2026I've always chose Avana North Point Apartments whenever I worked in Atlanta over the past 15 years. The complex location is in Alpharetta near North Point Mall and I have found this area to be extremely convenient for all needs. Whether it be shopping, gyms, trails, churches, nice restaurants, entertainment, banks, any larger stores or healthcare, you are only minutes away. Avana North Point offers nice floor plans, garages, valet trash, dog park, pool, grill, business and gym with nice ...landscaping and a dutiful maintenance crew always ready to help! Management and the leasing agents are always very courteous and responsive with that extra measure of kindness that goes a long way! I might pay a little more to live on this property but when it comes to security, safety and all it has to offer, I'm happy to call Avana North Point my home.Property Manager Responded

It gives me so much peace of mind to know any maintenance request I need is just a residence portal click with immediate results!! Also the property is well landscaped weekly, with a business office, gym and pool with grill area which is kept perfect and clean! I love the property location because it has everything you need just minutes away, and the Big Creek parkway (to walk or cycle) ...surrounds the premises. Management and the leasing agents are professional and courteous and make you feel like this is not just an apartment you are looking for but a cozy friendly home that says welcome! and hugs you everytime you walk through the front door!Property Manager Responded

There are some such as my bathtub, and the overall exterior appearance of the buildings which the local management has not addressed in a satisfactory manner. Well, I would say consider Avana Northpoint for your future residence. June 3, 2025I have lived at Avana North Point Apartments on and off for over 15 years and they never disappoint! All aspects of excellent apartment life are here, from great amenities, maintenance, landscape upkeep, upgraded floor plans , wonderful office management and leasing staff and to top it off a great Alpharetta location! You are also close to the Big creek trail surrounded by trees, with a family playground for children as well . I've looked elsewhere and I can't find any place else I'd rather live ...so I can honestly say like Dorothy in the wizard of Oz "there's no place like home" :)Property Manager Responded
