While, so many aspects of living here have improved with the new management. There are some such as my bathtub, and the overall exterior appearance of the buildings which the local management has not addressed in a satisfactory manner. Well, I would say consider Avana Northpoint for your future residence. I suspect that it is going to be relatively easy to find a less expensive solution, where safety items and exterior appearance are important to the management

I have lived at Avana North Point Apartments on and off for over 15 years and they never disappoint! All aspects of excellent apartment life are here, from great amenities, maintenance, landscape upkeep, upgraded floor plans , wonderful office management and leasing staff and to top it off a great Alpharetta location! You are also close to the Big creek trail surrounded by trees, with a family playground for children as well . I've looked elsewhere and I can't find any place else I'd rather live ...
so I can honestly say like Dorothy in the wizard of Oz "there's no place like home" :)
