Avana Northlake, is an amazing community. It is safe, it’s clean and it is convenient located near a major highway. Schools are a walking distance, with amazing shopping centers, parks and entertainment venues scattered around the community. Come check it out??

I've lived here for 13 years, so clearly I enjoy living here. The only caveat is the type of neighbors you get, which is up to the luck of the draw. along with residents that do not follow the rules.

This is an amazing community to live in. The staff at the leasing center are amazing. They are approachable and kind. Maintenance is top notch. The trash is taken out on time. It feels great to live here.

I've had a nice transition into my move to Avana. The ladies at the leasing office are absolutely pleasant and helped me address all my repair issues with maintenance. Maintenance is also good; they continued to address my needs and requests in a timely fashion. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is good, and the school is across the lot, which is my absolute favorite thing about here!
