I have had horrible neighbors and I've had good neighbors and everything in between. January 30, 2026Overall I think Avana Northlake is great! For the past 2 years that I have lived here I haven't ever experienced a rodent or cockroach issue. The community is well kept and I do have to say the Property Manager Andy and Leasing Agent Julianna do an amazing job with being so responsive.
