The ladies at the leasing office are absolutely pleasant and helped me address all my repair issues with maintenance. Maintenance is also good; they continued to address my needs and requests in a timely fashion. March 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived here for 13 years and the changes I've seen have been both good and bad,Good in regards to making this a no smoking community,and most recently, adding on-site security.The bad depends on the luck of the draw in regards to what kind of neighbor you get. I have had horrible neighbors and I've had good neighbors and everything in between. The community is well kept and I do have to say the Property Manager Andy and Leasing Agent Julianna do an amazing job with being so responsive. They have helped me with noise complaints and have provided various options to resolve the issue I've been dealing with. I don't really have any complaints about Avana Northlake.
