May 9, 2025I feel there’s a lot of potential in these apartments . The fee to receive packages by a third party is no other than a rip off. I feel discouraged. It wasn’t until recently that the introduction of a new dumpster unit was brought to the apartments finally reducing clutter and making the buildings look clean. April 23, 2025I have good and bad experiences. More effort needs to be placed on community maintenance on a timely basis. If they are unable to do maintenance on time the resident needs to know that there is a delay instead of the resident calling and being unable to get through to someone.
