November 21, 2025Trash should be picked up daily so the rodent don’t come being the trash cans are in the front of the doors it also can hold odors when left & it’s not a pretty sight they didn’t pick up my tied up trash & the trash should never be piled up on the curb otherwise I love my complex it’s well kept clean and the view is beautiful on a sunny morningReview from Apartments.com

There are lots of communications and community activities. There are great amenities in the community and friendly neighbors. September 22, 2025I recently moved to Avana on Broad. The staff has been very helpful and made the move easy. The apartment is very nice. The few things that needed fixing have either already been addressed or will be fixed by maintenance in the very near future. The landscaping is beautiful and the amenities are a real plus.
