First-Rate Amenities and Upkeep
The amenities here are top-notch. We have beautifully maintained grounds, a sparkling pool that’s always a treat in the summer, and a fitness center that’s well-equipped and clean. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive—any time we’ve had a minor issue, it was addressed quickly and ...

Friendly and Supportive Staff
The management and leasing team have been consistently courteous and helpful. They host community events that really make us feel like part of a neighborhood. They also communicate well about any updates or changes, which is something I really appreciate.

Overall, Avana Overlook has been a wonderful place to live. It’s a welcoming, safe, and beautifully run complex that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home. Five stars all the way!

Regular apartments nothing special. I was in a bind and needed something affordable. Did like that there was an option for deposit because my credit isn’t the best and still need to have a home
