First-Rate Amenities and Upkeep The amenities here are top-notch. We have beautifully maintained grounds, a sparkling pool that’s always a treat in the summer, and a fitness center that’s well-equipped and clean. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive—any time we’ve had a minor issue, it was addressed quickly and ...professionally. Friendly and Supportive Staff The management and leasing team have been consistently courteous and helpful. They host community events that really make us feel like part of a neighborhood. They also communicate well about any updates or changes, which is something I really appreciate. A Great Place to Call Home Overall, Avana Overlook has been a wonderful place to live. September 11, 2025Avana Overlook is one a few apartments that feel like they’re still in the country even though it’s in the middle of the city. It’s relatively quiet, has a lot of trees and hills. The pool areas are kept very nice as well. Also, the head of maintenance rides around on his go kart and will give you a little wave and say hi as he’s examining the property making sure everything is kept up nicely.Property Manager Responded

July 1, 2025More than a year now I have been asking to move to a bigger unit which I was told than because you all team person told me about this Jetty I would have to pay deposit all over which I already deposited $1398 which I had no clue that I wasn’t going to get back my money.I complained more than once my bathroom is a hot mes which I was asked to leave my apartment and not use the tub for 48 hours like am I suppose to bathe outside?which you all just painted the tub before I moved in there.I had no ...option at the moment because I never wanted to move in the because it was stick of weed and I was given air freshener to put on the vent.The wash room door fell on me and they did changed it thanks again to Gary.They charge pest control and the most insect I have to live with even in my blessed sleep I have to jump out of my sleep which was insects and they is roach.Property Manager Responded

June 26, 2025Don’t do it. They show you a nice unit and then put you in one that’s nasty and needs a lot of maintenance. And they argue with you about replacing things that are broken or can’t be cleaned.Property Manager Responded
