Paint was old and peeling, several exterior finishes of multiple buildings were falling off or missing, drainage was blocked creating giant lakes when it rained, the balcony’s had rotten boards, the pool area was old and of questionable sanitation, the landscaping was either overgrown or bare in spots frequently covering signs of buildings making it difficult for delivery people to find, lighting at night was absent or ...flickering creating opportunities for package theft and car break ins. The street parking is generally pretty safe. Sometimes there are unsavory individuals that lurk about on the sidewalk, but they rarely cause a genuine concern. I'm hoping management will make an effort to keep that sidewalk clean though. While those unsavory individuals don't usually seem particularly dangerous, they do regularly leave garbage. I see tenants ...throw that garbage away, but I've never seen property management make an effort to clean it up on the sidewalk connected to the property.
