September 1, 2025It's a nice large apartment complex with great amenities. Management may or may not respond quickly but will eventually get back to you. The street parking is generally pretty safe. Sometimes there are unsavory individuals that lurk about on the sidewalk, but they rarely cause a genuine concern. I'm hoping management will make an effort to keep that sidewalk clean though. While those unsavory individuals don't usually seem particularly dangerous, they do regularly leave garbage. I see tenants ...throw that garbage away, but I've never seen property management make an effort to clean it up on the sidewalk connected to the property. I do appreciate that the property parking is usually clean enough though.Property Manager Responded

I moved out of my previous place for certain reasons to live in a better place and environment and better landlords but honestly the management here at avana powell valley is ten times worse then my previous landlord. Would not recommend anyone live here. Honestly the issues that happened could’ve been prevented if the management staff/employees inspected a unit before renting and failed to do so. I would like to say that Kali the leasing manager was great and provided ...great customer service and tried her best to make tenants happy and solve there issues. She is by the far the only person I trust to speak with or help solve my issues and I rather go to her then the property manager. I would go on and write a book and provide proof of everything I am saying but I am limited to as how much I can type. I just hope that whoever is above the property manager sees this and brings these concerns out and reaches out to myself or my partner about this.
