April 19, 2021My year of living at Matthews Reserve so far has been a wonderful experience for me, especially during this pandemic. My interactions with the office and maintenance staff each time has been professional and pleasant. I love that its quiet, peaceful and Ive always felt safe, which is important to me as a single woman. The apartments are clean and spacious, the buildings are kept up nicely and Ive had no issues with any in my building or in the other buildings. The neighborhood is a plus as ...well. I appreciate the complexes proximity to so many stores, restaurants, and other necessary businesses hospital; as well as the police precinct and fire department.
