November 19, 2025Affordable and well taken care of. At first glanced, loved the complex and had no issues with anything. As time set in I noticed the flaws and they out weighed the good unfortunately. The pool is lovely and the hot tub is always hot. Good luck getting in there though, after the office closes a bunch of people party in the pool till about 11. I used to see security all the time when I first moved in but haven’t seen anyone for at-least a year now. Avana San Jose has a lot of great features as is ...and could be a great place to live with some renovations and securityProperty Manager Responded

January 2, 2025I’ve called Avana San Jose home for over 20 years, witnessing its transformation from Green Trees Apartments to Terra Apartments, and now to Avana. This community has truly been a constant in my life—a place I not only live but love. The management over the years has consistently worked to maintain and improve the property, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I’ve grown up here and can't imagine living anywhere else. August 26, 2024I’ve been a resident here at Avana for almost 5 months, my experience has been great so far! I feel safe here and having my own parking spot has been a blessing. The new app has been so convenient, we had a small leak under the sink so I used the app to put in a service request and it was fixed within just a few days!Property Manager Responded
