I love how big my balcony is and the apartment is large especially for the cost and location. Office staff is kind and the maintenance is friendly and helpful. Much better than my last apartment experience.

Avana South Oaks is a great place for young family, many different floor plans available, and a great location with elementary and middle school within walking distance. The complex is also gated, and as informed, metro offices also live on property for additional security. fitness center and pool are under renovation. lot of friendly residents too.

Thank you for taking the time to review our community! The pool is scheduled to reopen Memorial Day weekend and the fitness center is going to reopen before the end of the month.
You are correct, the pool is getting new grills installed in preparation for our pool opening in May. We are also installing new grills by our gym, which is also reopening this month as soon as we complete the renovations. We will be sure to notify all our residents as soon as these spaces are opened for use so you can resume enjoying these spaces.
