Friendly Staff and Great Property!
April 17, 2025KC was very friendly and enthusiastic about helping my partner and me find an apartment within the community. She was easy to get hold of, by email or phone. Rarely did we have to follow up with another team member. The leasing process was quick and easy. KC answered every question and acknowledged every concern we've had. When we moved in, we found some small issues for which we submitted a maintenance request. Maintenance was able to come in within 24 hrs or the very next day. There was only ...one time maintenance called and apologized, that they needed to come in the next day because of an emergency. Thank you, KC and the Avana Stoneridge team!Property Manager Responded
