June 30, 2025Avana Tempe has to be my overall favorite apartment complex. I have lived in several apartments over the years and have never received the support and appreciation that happens here. The staff from the front office to the maintenance department to the landscaping people are always friendly and helpful. The overall complex is very well maintained and safe. The outside noise level has as never been a problem or concern and there is plenty of parking as well as covered spaces for tenants.
