November 18, 2025The first visit was really good and helpful when in person. The staff also picks up the phone and supports with housing needs but had some troubles with the "Following back" on the topic as they never reached out with updates.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2025I lived here for 5 years and they really try hard to make their residents as happy as possible. Sometimes they fail, but mostly they succeed. There are always going to be a few flaws no matter where you live. Avana has chosen a great maintenance staff, which was one of their flaws, but with the new staff, they are on top of the maintenance now. Great job!Property Manager Responded
