May 20, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been at Avana several years. I truly enjoy living here. It’s very quiet and has more of a neighborhood feel rather than apartments. If I had a complaint, it would be about the grounds. Most of the lights throughout breezeways look very bad full of bugs, cobwebs, etc. It seems the breezeways are being kept cleaner, being blown off etc…. Let’s keep improving our beautiful community!

April 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI was told my last review was "celebrated" for being good, but honestly it wasn't that good of a review as I stated I only renewed my lease out of convenience at the time, but deeply regret doing so. If you enjoy being gaslit by maintenance and staff, and only having your concerns "heard," but then completely invalidated, live here!
