January 22, 2026As a resident here the complex is very quiet and relaxing. The parking should be communicated about and a spot with your apartment number so you don’t have to walk a long ways. That is exhausting when getting off work and no where close to park. We have residents that live on the other side of complex that park on the wrong side because their balcony is facing the lot.Review from Apartments.com

January 6, 2026I would suggest to look elsewhere for living. You are shown a wonderful apartment when you first tour. None of the other apartments look like this. All are different in their own ways, and you won't be told of what they are when you sign a lease. Several of my neighbors have had complaints, and have been met with the same reoccurring issue: NOONE RESPONDS. It doesn't matter which method you use. Also, you might as well have an open-door policy because maintenance will enter without warning and ...won't let you know about the entry until you get home and find a huge hole in the ceiling (that still wasn't fixed when I moved out 6 months later).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 11, 2025Avana Thornblade is a great place to live. The community is in close proximity to everything I need. I love the layout of the apartments, especially the large porches where I can tend to my plants and take in the beautiful wooded view.
