No Peace
December 4, 2025I was told I would be informed of my approval within days but then had to continually call & even go back to find out. It was an extremely stressful process. The apartment I originally applied for was changed last minute. Then was treated like garbage by office staff, who seemingly had a personal vendetta against me. I was told I could view the apartment after being approved & when I showed up, I was denied, with seemingly much pleasure. Moving is so stressful & they made it so much worse, it ...literally broke me. Paper thin windows, extremely loud with the highway right outside my apartment. Feels like my bed is in the middle of the highway when I lay down at night. The noise I experience from above is unbearable. Just from simple walking, from the tenant above me, my apartment rattles. Zero sound barrier, can hear my neighbors flushing the toilet and everything else you can imagine. Zero Maintenance. Have had maintenance requests ignored since March (9 months). Ancient appliances that barely work. Cheap flooring. Painted cabinets. I have had squirrels in my air vent & they refuse to fix the problem. The property is horribly maintained. Stairwells disgustingly dirty. Parking garage & hallways are the same. Pet walk covered in sand with barely any grass. Huge piles of dog poop every where & residents are not held responsible for not picking up after their pets. Mirrors in the garage are missing, causing near accidents all the time. Water pipes burst here on the regular. Packages stolen on the regular & front office does not care, will not check the cameras even though they have surveillance everywhere.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2025I've had a good move in experience and six weeks living here. Communication can be a hit or miss, especially with maintenance, such as not knowing when they have entered my apartment or fixed the issue. It would be nice to know in real time what's happening. I've had some issues with noise from neighbors above and next to me, often loud music and tv into the early hours on the weekends. But it could be worse. August 9, 2025The apartments are nice, older but nice. There could be a few cosmetic touch ups in my opinion. Also , a few days ago there was heavy police presence dressed in military fatigues, armed with machine guns, dogs, and a crime scene van. This apartment management team has yet to issue a statement to its tenants as to what happened. The are quick to send out information about the pool, the policies and rules of the property but something as serious as heavy police presence there is total silence. ...This is disturbing and unprofessional. June 6, 2025I have lived here for two years, at first I loved the place management was always quick to respond and maintenance would complete requests within 48 hours each time. I still like living here but management and maintenance have changed since moving here and service is slower. Also, the leasing office does not answer the phone at all anymore. May 31, 2025Pretty good apartment complex after living here for almost two years. Gym is open 24/7 but pool is not open often as it used to be. Trash valet comes everyday and it is pretty quiet around here. Maintenance has a 2-5 day turnaround.
