April 9, 2026As a resident there are a few concerns. I hear music on both sides every morning from my neighbors and the neighbor upstairs tends to jump and run, I've requested for them to quiet down before and it got worse. The exterior of the property is dirty from the breezeways to the trash and furniture left in the parking garage. The staff and the pool help tremendously. I love the gym, it could be updated but definitely appreciate the water and towels left for use.Review from Apartments.com

March 31, 2026Unfortunately I moved in (two months ago) with many things needing maintenance; however, maintenance personnel was on top of most of my workorders and when they weren't it only took a quick stop by the office to find out what was happening. The blinds for one window had to be custom ordered...out of their control. I found out the dishwasher wasn't repaired because it needed replacing. These things could have been communicated better, but I got the answers I needed. Jose has been servicing my unit ...and does a thorough job of completing work and cleaning up behind himself....kudos to his work ethic. In fact, shout to all the staff, I never have a problem interacting with them and getting the answers I need. Unfortunately, you can only control so much and there are things that will slip through the cracks such as trash left by residents or lack of care of common areas. January 3, 2026When I first moved in I lost my car to a hit and run in the parking garage, the assistant manager at the time was extremely unhelpful and honestly mean and rude. It continued when I requested the second key, that is listed in my lease, I had to reach out to the leasing company themselves and after about a month I received the key in a luxer Box. Since then that staff member no longer works here, more community events have been popping up, the staff is more friendlier and are often walking the ...property to make sure things are in order and one of them makes the best cheesecakes I've tasted. Its usually quiet and clean, admittedly, It started out a little rocky but overall I am beginning to enjoy living in this community.Property Manager Responded

No Peace
December 4, 2025I was told I would be informed of my approval within days but then had to continually call & even go back to find out. It was an extremely stressful process. The apartment I originally applied for was changed last minute. Then was treated like garbage by office staff, who seemingly had a personal vendetta against me. I was told I could view the apartment after being approved & when I showed up, I was denied, with seemingly much pleasure. Moving is so stressful & they made it so much worse, it ...literally broke me. Paper thin windows, extremely loud with the highway right outside my apartment. Feels like my bed is in the middle of the highway when I lay down at night. The noise I experience from above is unbearable. Just from simple walking, from the tenant above me, my apartment rattles. Zero sound barrier, can hear my neighbors flushing the toilet and everything else you can imagine. Zero Maintenance. Have had maintenance requests ignored since March (9 months). Ancient appliances that barely work. Cheap flooring. Painted cabinets. I have had squirrels in my air vent & they refuse to fix the problem. The property is horribly maintained. Stairwells disgustingly dirty. Parking garage & hallways are the same. Pet walk covered in sand with barely any grass. Huge piles of dog poop every where & residents are not held responsible for not picking up after their pets. Mirrors in the garage are missing, causing near accidents all the time. Water pipes burst here on the regular. Packages stolen on the regular & front office does not care, will not check the cameras even though they have surveillance everywhere.Property Manager Responded
