    As stated earlier one of the maintenance crew was rude, offensive and unprofessional. He asked me several times to give him space, and I do not understand where that came from as I was 2 meters away from him. The tone was unprofessional and rude. I ask that this be noted in my file for future maintenance as I do not want to have to deal with such a rude person again. I will strongly consider this experience when it is time to renew my lease.

Recently noticed that someone dropped a bag of used cat litter and the area smelled horrible every time I had to go to my car. Thankful the rain washed it away, but it sat there for days and not even maintenance cleaned it up. The bag was dropped so close to the office that I’m sure property management saw it.

While our maintenance team works diligently to maintain the grounds, we also rely on pet owners to clean up after their pets and properly dispose of pet waste. We recently sent a community-wide reminder emphasizing these responsibilities and advising that failure to clean up after pets is a violation of the Lease Agreement and Community Policies.
