November 3, 2025I can tell the caretaker of Avana Woods really cares about the grounds. I love the beautiful gardens they make me happy everyday. I like Avana woods bc it is close to ATL, low frills with down to earth neighbors and staff. I am leery of it being owned by a company that has several real estate properties bc its a faceless corporation out to make money and I think they'll raise my rent simply bc they can take the risk and Ill have to move just because of that. If I had an owner that knew me face to ...face they would likely appreciate me as a good, tidy tenant who always pays on time and want to keep me around. I also understand there are some benefits to the property being owned by a super rich person, like the funds to have lots of staff and get things done efficiently.Property Manager Responded

The property is well maintained with a beautiful pool and landscaping. nice, quiet neighborhood. the management has remarkably upped their game in the past few months.
