October 8, 2025It does need an upgrade but overall it's great. I've lived here for 5 years. People do leave you alone but the walls are kind of thin and can hear what other neighbors are saying but the neighbors are pretty quiet for the most part.Property Manager Responded

March 15, 2025The communication is pretty lax but overall my experience has been ok. The only major issue I’ve had since moving in was my doorknob being stuck and I was locked out my place overnight.Property Manager Responded

March 6, 2025For me the place is great. The rent is a little high but it's the lowest right now and I for sure won't be moving anytime soon. I do think that we need just a little bit more storage, like a little storage unit right off the balcony would be perfect.Property Manager Responded
