September 8, 2025I have lived at this beautiful property for 25 years. My unit is spacious and has beautiful views of the desert surrounding it. The amenities can't be beat! I treasure the large rooms, spacious pantry, linen closet, coat closet, huge bedroom closet and storage room outside my unit. The front office staff of Charlene, Nicole and Rachel are always responsive to any issues that arise from time to time, like unruly neighbors who create problems that need attention from management. When I have a ...maintenance problem, the community app for service requests is very easy to use. The maintenance team is excellent. Jeremy, Aurelio and Bob are first-rate techs who are a pleasure to deal with and solve any issue I may have in a short time. I love living at Avana because of those things and its excellent location! I am within 5 miles of most of the shopping and professional locations I use on a regular basis. I look forward to spending many more years at Avana.Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2025The parking situation pretty much ruins the experience totally. Try carrying in your groceries from a block away. Garbage dumped behind the apartment. Carpet was filthy on move-in. Endless little extra charges. AC unit just roars so that you can't hear a conversation. First floor apartment, yet have to walk up stairs to get to it, can you even imagine.Property Manager Responded

I enjoy the spaciousness of the unit along with the spectacular views. I enjoy the space afforded to me in the outside storage room, the coat closet, the pantry, the linen closet and the HUGE closet in the bedroom. I am extremely satisfied with the caring and responsiveness to my needs from the front-office staff, Nicole, Charlene and Rachel. ...I am also very appreciative of the high level of maintenance services from the team, especially from Jeremy. The location of the complex is second to none! The hiking trails are plentiful and within 5 miles of the complex I have access to every retail/professional site I need to access. July 16, 2025As a resident of 5 years, I have an affinity for the complex, it's well-manicured grounds, friendly staff, quiet property and beautiful surroundings. I have seen my son grow up here and would recommend it to anyone with little ones, as well as those without. I have never had any issues with unruly neighbors or consistent disturbances of any kind.
