January 12, 2026I have lived at this gorgeous property for 26 years and appreciate all its many features and amenities. My apartment is spacious and has beautiful panoramic views of the desert. I enjoy the spacious kitchen and bathroom complete with a pantry and linen closet. The coat closet comes in very handy when guests arrive. I also appreciate the large storage area outside my unit. The large walk-in closet in the bedroom is an extremely valuable feature. The location of the complex is second to NONE. ...It is within 5 miles of every store and/or service I use on a regular basis. The office staff (Charlene, Nicole and Rachael) are exceptionally responsive to issues that arise that I need their help to resolve. Jeremy and the maintenance staff are expert in their abilities to perform repair services. I really cannot think of anywhere else I would rather live than Avana at the Pointe!Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2025The grounds are kept up weekly. Maintenance response times better than previous management. The biggest is that it is quiet with seemingly a no-tolerance policy for loud music. October 14, 2025I'm coming up on my seventh year. Anniversary in November and I can definitely say that this is a very pleasurable place to live. The staff is very attentive to my needs. The apartments themselves have opened floor plans and except for the bedrooms is vinyl plank flooring, that is very attractive. It's in an excellent location. The complex is located with the north Phoenix mountain preserves surrounding it. So there's lots of opportunities to hike bike and observe the wildlife that is native to ...the Sonoran Desert, which is where Phoenix is located It's a quiet complex that is very pet friendly; my fur baby loves all of the grassy areas she has for sniffing. The staff here exceeds expectations as far as I'm concerned. There are four refreshing pools. Although this is a large complex because of the fact that the design is in a courtyard layout.It definitely has an appeal for me.Because that gives the sense of community that I look for in an apartment community. It's definitely a place to consider for anyone looking for an established, well-maintained community.Property Manager Responded
