Our repair department is the BEST Was gone for 6 weeks. Came home late and no air conditioning. It was85 degrees in our apartment.Did not want to call anyone that late. I knew they would come but I sent a work order instead. First thing in the morning Rob sent Bill right up. With in 2 hours all was fixed perfect. Thank you Rob and Bill. We are in the market for an apartment and met with Hanna today. It was a very pleasant experience. Hanna was welcoming, very good at explaining the property. Took the time to tour us through the model apartment, the common areas, the grotto,pool area and garages. Hanna spent a lot of time with us and we feel well informed.
