      • After a month...I cannot keep up!

        I cannot say enough how how content I am with my decision to move to Broadstone Fashion Center. It is everything I could ask for and more. First, it is beautifully maintained. The maintenance crew does an amazing job and the residence are so respectful of keeping the grounds looking wonderful. Additionally, the neighbors are out-of-their-way helpful and kind. Kind notes have been left on my door, screwdrivers have been shared, and good conversations had. One of my favorite things are the people ...
        who run the place. The ladies in the front are unreal. They were so helpful during the moving process. They always take time to chitchat and get to know residence. They are willing to hunt down loss packages the mailing company mess up and even find a Groupon for a cheap oil change. Who does that? The list of kind gestures they have done that are not in their job description would take too much time to write. Truly great. I hope I can only match the Karma!

        Did not move in yet but I have to say that the ladies were very helpful. The whole leasing experience was easy and reasonable. Can't wait to be apart of this community! Thank you Mariel and Gina!
