April 8, 2024I have lived at Avasa at 1604 since last May 2023. Venterra Living took over this property in February 2024 and I have had a very positive experience with the new office staff and the housekeeper on multiple occasions. I recently worked very closely with Jennifer (assistant manager) on finding a great home for my daughters who will be joining the family here next week. Jennifer is very prompt in response to emails and takes phone calls (which is kind of unheard of in this industry). I truly ...appreciate all Jennifer has done to assist me with my many requests.
