Redtown Apartments Review
August 25, 2015These are nice apartments however the parking is not so great. They have more units than parking spaces. Plus they charge quite a bit for an undercover parking space and under building and garage rentals which are also high. We do not have any type of Amenities at all, no gym, no pool nothing and we pay around 1300.00 for a 1 bed room. Management is pretty nice but they are only there once a week, but you can reach them at the sister property anytime. I like that I can pay my rent online which ...makes it simple. One of my biggest complaints are other tenants not cleaning up after themselves, people throw trash around, leave fred meyer shopping carts around and the groundskeeper doesnt do anything about it. Sometimes I do see him clear up the dumpster area since tenants dont know how to throw trash in the actual dumpster. My neighbors are really nice! All i can say is this place is expensive for what it is and parking is a mess but it looks pretty inside.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
