June 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI've had a great experience living at Avel. The building is beautiful, modern, and full of thoughtful touches that make daily life easier and more enjoyable. The amenities are honestly top-notch and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One of my favorite parts about living here has been the community events. They're such a fun and easy way to meet neighbors, especially if you're new to the area. It really helps foster a sense of community, which isn't always easy to find in ...apartment living. They showed me a quiet unit and then when I moved in they started construction the next day never telling me about it before hand. I have nothing but great things to say about My experience at Aura and the entire management team! Jeff our community manager goes above and beyond in making all residents comfortable and happy! Carissa, Alyssa and Vanessa are always there to help with anything you need and George is always there to help with any maintenance needs! What I love the most about living here are ...the monthly fun activities for our community! I also love how safe I feel living here. The security is always quick to respond to any reports and always on top of things. I love the fact that we have different apps that we can use that are very useful when controlling your access to your apartment, AC, ETC…. Not to mention the beautiful amenities here! January 24, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comAura is a great home for several reasons. Amazing pool, rooftop with herb garden, bbqs, gym, dog washroom. A gated outdoor space called the Paseo has games, chairs, and fun for dogs! Everything at Aura is brand new and modern (the new fittings, especially the bathroom faucets, are really nice!)
